How quickly can I get my car in?+
Same-week slots are typically available. For urgent jobs (roadworthy failures, brakes not working, drivability issues), we can usually squeeze you in the same day or next day. Call 0478 519 232 to check.
What if I don't know exactly what service I need?+
Just pick "General service enquiry" or the closest match, and add a note in the message field describing the problem. We'll call you back to confirm details and give you a firm quote.
Do I have to pay when I book?+
No. There's no upfront payment or deposit. We give you a firm quote before starting any billable work, and payment is on collection when your car is ready. We accept card, EFTPOS, and cash.
Can I change or cancel my booking?+
Yes. Just give us 24 hours notice by calling 0478 519 232. We understand plans change.
What do I need to bring when I drop off?+
Just the car and your keys. If it's a logbook service, bring your service book. If it's a roadworthy inspection, bring your rego papers. Otherwise, nothing extra.
Do you provide loan cars?+
For larger jobs we can sometimes arrange a courtesy vehicle depending on availability. Please mention it when booking so we can check for you.
