How do I book a service?+
Fastest: call 0478 519 232. Or book online — pick your service, day, and time. We confirm bookings by call, message, or email within the same business day.
How much will my service cost?+
Every job is quoted individually. Send us photos and details via our contact form or WhatsApp and we come back with a firm written quote — usually the same day. No obligation, no surprise fees. Larger jobs like panel beating, spray painting, or transmission work are always quoted after inspection because pricing genuinely varies by vehicle and damage.
Will servicing here void my new-car warranty?+
No. Under Australian Consumer Law you can service your car at any qualified workshop without voiding the manufacturer warranty, provided the service follows the manufacturer’s logbook specification. We use approved parts and fluids and stamp the book correctly.
Do you do insurance smash repair work?+
We handle direct insurance claims for most major QLD insurers under your right to choose your own repairer. Bring the claim number when you drop the car off. For below-excess damage we invoice privately.
What makes and models do you service?+
All makes and models — Australian, European, Japanese, Korean, and imported vehicles. Sedans, SUVs, utes, 4WDs, vans, motorcycles, light trailers. We service modern computerised systems on late-model vehicles using professional diagnostic tools.
How long will my car be at the workshop?+
Most routine services are same-day. Larger jobs (major mechanical work, panel repair, respray) are usually 2–5 business days. We give you a firm turnaround as part of the quote so you know exactly when to expect your car back.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
Cash, EFTPOS, and card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Payment is on collection — no upfront deposits for standard bookings. For larger jobs requiring parts orders we may take a parts deposit and the balance on collection.
