Our home base.
Kingston is where Logan Auto & Smash Repairs started back in 2018, and 4/1 Eurora Street has been our only address ever since. Our workshop sits a few hundred metres from the Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct and just off Kingston Road, so if you live locally you probably drive past us every week. Being Kingston-based means we know the traffic patterns, the tow yards, the local body shops we don't compete with, and the auto parts warehouses who deliver to us same-day. When you drop your car off in the morning you can walk to the butter factory for a coffee, grab breakfast at one of the Kingston Road cafes, or hop on the 555 bus into Logan Central. Most Kingston customers never wait more than a same-day turnaround for routine work.
Popular locally.
Kingston households run a real mix of vehicles — older Commodores and Falcons kept ticking over, hatchbacks driven by public housing residents, a strong contingent of Uber and DiDi drivers doing their annual COI, and tradies rolling in with Hilux and Ranger utes needing brakes or a service. Our most-requested Kingston services reflect that. If you're a local getting a car ready for private sale, you'll want the safety certificate. If you drive rideshare, you'll be back annually for the COI. If your family car is due, logbook servicing keeps the warranty valid without dealer prices.
Kingston prices are the same as every other suburb we service — zero postcode premium, zero mates rates. What you see on our services page is what you pay, and every quote is written and firm before we touch a spanner. If you're a return customer we'll flag any parts still under warranty from a previous visit and credit those back automatically. No trip fees for local pickup or drop-off arrangements.
Kingston — FAQs
Can I walk in without booking?+
Yes — walk-ins welcome for quotes, roadworthy inspections booked on the day if we have a slot, and quick jobs like AC regas or puncture repairs. For larger work we prefer bookings so we can schedule the right technician and parts.
Do you sponsor anything in Kingston?+
We regularly support Kingston Butter Factory community events, local schools (Kingston State School and Woodridge State High) for junior sports fundraisers, and the Logan Community Care Christmas appeal. Ask us in-workshop if you're running a genuine local fundraiser.
I'm walking distance — do you have somewhere I can wait?+
We don't have a fancy waiting lounge, but the workshop has a covered seating area with a kettle and cold water. Most local customers walk to the butter factory precinct or grab a coffee up on Kingston Road while short jobs run. We'll text or call the moment your car is ready.
What are the trading hours during Kingston school holidays?+
Normal trading hours year-round: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 8am–3pm, closed Sunday. We close on Queensland public holidays including Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
