1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of loganasrepairs.com and any services you book through it. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

3. Quotes and pricing
All prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices. Final pricing depends on your vehicle, condition, and required parts. We provide a firm written quote before beginning any billable work. You are not obligated to proceed after receiving a quote.
4. Payment
Payment is due on collection of the vehicle. We accept cash, card, and EFTPOS. Vehicles remain our property until paid in full.
5. Parts warranty
Parts we install come with the original manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12–24 months, varies by part). We do not offer a separate blanket workmanship warranty. If workmanship issues arise, contact us and we’ll assess in good faith.
6. Booking and cancellation
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Vehicles left beyond 14 days after completion without contact may incur storage fees.
7. Roadworthy Certificates
Roadworthy Certificates are issued in accordance with QLD Transport regulations. A failed inspection requires the identified faults to be rectified before we can issue a certificate. Repair costs are separate from the inspection fee.
8. Vehicle collection
We take reasonable care of vehicles left in our custody but do not accept liability for damage from natural events, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before drop-off.
9. Website content and IP
All content on this website (text, images, code, layout) is the property of Logan Auto & Smash Repairs Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted. Vehicle manufacturer logos, model names, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for nominative fair-use identification of the brands we service. We claim no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any vehicle manufacturer.
10. Website use
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access without notice for misuse.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Dispute resolution
If you have a concern, please contact us first at contact@loganasrepairs.com or 0478 519 232. If unresolved, disputes are governed by Queensland law and heard in Queensland courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always available at loganasrepairs.com/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
